ACCOUNT MANAGER
You'll be in contact with an account manager dedicated to making your Google My Business account great! Your dedicated manager will be consistently checking for inaccurate edits to your profile, monitoring and responding to the reviews on your account, checking for any necessary account changes, and keeping up with the latest and greatest about your company and industry to be able to accurately care for and promote your business.
GBP LISTING SETUP/AUDIT
One listing allowed for each of your locations and one listing allowed for each qualified provider at those locations, if applicable. (Multiple "provider only" listings have to be 10+ miles apart) Listings will need to be verified with a postcard sent to the business address.If your listing is already verified we will confirm that all information is accurate and make any necessary changes. You can take your updated information and add or edit content on other citation sites.
OPTIMIZE LISTING
We will optimize your listing for consumers and Google. This includes accuracy in information, taking advantage of all listing offers, using keywords where allowed and functional, plan with you on what photos to publish and when, formulate a Google Post schedule, draft review responses and complete Q&A section.
POSTS & PHOTOS
We'll post to your Google My Business listing once a week for posts and once a month for images. Posts encourage customers to engage with your brand and learn more about what you do. Images show that you are active and let consumers know what to expect when they arrive at your business.
REVIEW MONITORING
We will respond to client reviews twice a week with HIPAA compliant responses(if applicable), and communicate with you if a review requires a more personal connection.
SPAM TRACKING

MONTHLY REPORTS
